At first I wasn't so sure because this bag was very stiff when I first bought it. I've had it for over 2 months and it has moderated to the point where I'm very happy with it. I keep my 13-inch Macbook Air in the large laptop sleeve and my Kindle Paperwhite in the middle. My only issue is that the laptop is difficult to fit in the space and the zipper closes easily. Every time I put my laptop down I have to shake the bag a little and lay it down hard on the surface a few times to set my laptop down and wiggle the zipper to close it completely. My favorite parts are the latch inside (it's a key ring that you attach to your keys and then has a matching button on the inside of the pocket closest to the tassel), three separate compartments (which I like to keep stuff in). where they are and the zipped compartments keep things in place well). Will I buy another bag from these guys? Of course. Just keep in mind that it's very stiff when it arrives, it will soften over time and the bottom of the bag is much roomier than the top, so consider the width of your items. Things do get lost at the bottom of the bag, but I struggle to get my laptop out. to fit and close with a zipper. Overall the bag is good but 13" is ABSOLUTELY the maximum laptop size that will fit in it and 11" would fit much better.
