Review on 💎 White Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart 9300 HX9903/01 Rechargeable Electric Power Toothbrush by Angela Simmons

This is an amazing device although it really works. This is the third diamond care tool that I personally own and also the third tool that has stopped working (each tool only lasts a year or less). The metal rod of the first device (to which the toothbrush head is attached) came loose and began to make a loud buzzing noise, which gradually increased until the brush stopped pulsing. It has never been dropped and I have always been very careful with how I have handled it. I contacted Phillips for a replacement as the unit was still under their 2 year warranty and was told I would need to send my current brush back to them before they would send a replacement. In the meantime I bought a cheap battery powered toothbrush and received a diamond replacement about 1.5 weeks later. The replacement arrived and worked for about a year. Exactly the same problem came up again. Notice that I was even more careful with the brush this time. At this point I was incredibly upset with the quality of this product. I'm not the type of person who expects to buy a device and expect it to last forever, but at around $170 I expect it to last well over a year. It was around this time that I noticed that Phillips was releasing a newer version. Brushes with smart features and hinted that they may have fixed some bugs. Cautiously I decided to buy this new model rather than buying another Phillips replacement for the same obviously outlandish model. I bought this Smart version (9300 series) on January 31, 2018. Today is August 15th, 2018 and I've been having the exact same issue with this device for about a week ago. I contacted Phillips again to have it replaced and was told I would have to send the unit in before I could get a replacement. Never buy any other Phillips product. Between the terrible quality of their products and the fact that they force you to send in faulty units before you can get a replacement, it's very frustrating. These devices still function like regular toothbrushes when they are not turned on. I don't have to go out and buy a replacement brush while waiting for a replacement, especially after spending nearly $400 in less than 3 years. Unbelievable.
