I used to use medium sized brushes but after some research I found that bleeding from my pistols when cleaning was unusual. Decided to give it a try and I don't like them anymore and my teeth seem clean. I like the shape of the handle, it's comfortable to hold the brush at an angle while brushing. Will definitely buy these again
