Let's start with the positive. Overall the cage is great. It has enough space for two rabbits (dwarfs) to live their dream. PLEASE NOTE: I have an extension cord that you should get. My bunnies have quite a large litter box and without an extension cord there wouldn't be a playroom. I LOVE the fact that the entire front opens up and the locks make me feel pretty good, especially since I have a hungry bunny sized Yorkie. Assembling the cage even with instructions BUT I was tired that day so I really think it was just me. What I HATE now is that when I ordered the original cage it got lost in the mail. I then ordered a replacement only to have it arrive a week late, the box was completely destroyed exposing the cage and the bottom of the cage. I am ordering another replacement only to have one of the mounts completely broken and unusable. Then suddenly the original was lost. came in the mail and the bottom of the cage was cracked too. After 3 cages I decided to keep the least damaged cage and get a partial refund. PLEASE NOTE that Revain was absolutely amazing throughout the process, but I have filed a lawsuit about it. UPS et iver who said they tried to deliver the cage but didn't even knock on my door.
