Review on πŸ‘Ÿ Saucony ProGrid Integrity Walking 10109 1 Women's Athletic Shoes by Kelly Thompson

Suitable for those who wear orthotics with a wide foot.

I've always bought Saucony or Nike, but after Nike changed their last one (the shoe shape) a few years ago, they stopped working. I have wide feet and a high instep. I used to be able to use the B/Medium width on most Sauconys, but after I got bursitis, the B width was no longer sufficient. Difficult to find Sauconys in store in a wide range. I need a cobbler to stretch my ironing patch and that doesn't really work with synthetics so I looked for leather shoes. Finally found Saucony in EE width in leather. I'm so glad I didn't believe the bad reviews that said it was no different. It's wider but doesn't suffer from the sloppy factor of many wider orthopedic brands I've tried. I'm happy to announce that I'm in heaven after my thumb stretch! The advantage for those affected by bursitis is that the sewn, reinforced visible areas remain largely away from the metatarsophalangeal joint area. There's one at the crossroads that can get uncomfortable after a few hours of wear, but it's still the best shoe I've found in 2 years of searching. I hope they explode. These shoes are fully compatible with orthopedic insoles after the insole has been removed.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
