The tool was easy to setup once we had our account set up correctly. It's pretty flexible in how you can manage it. There are several different ways of tracking shipments so that they're not all coming from one source or another but rather spread out over multiple carriers. We have been able to track many aspects of each shipment including when it leaves us, where it goes next (by carrier), if there were problems along the way etc. This has helped us improve customer service by being more efficient with our resources.
