VERY comfortable and lightweight
I have a call center phone CALLANY HT500 which comes already with a mono headset with no volume control. But I prefer double ears and volume control is a must for me personally as each call can be heard differently or too loud. Great headphones, just wish they were louder. I think it depends on each person's hearing and phone compatibility. Overall I am very happy with the purchase. Also a very great seller/company as they were quick to correspond with me and really took care of any issue I might have with their product.
