Not bad, but not perfect
It scratches the sides of the bowl when mixing, but I found it didn't come out of the bottom of the bowl as much as needed. I made banana bread out of it and when I poured the batter into the bread pans I found the brown butter and sugar at the bottom that didn't mix properly, about 2 tons. We need to abstract next time and really mix it up from below.
