I didn't want photos in it, I just like it as a heart shaped pendant. It comes with a blue plastic mini "guitar pick" for opening the locket, but I don't plan on opening it. Pandora jewelry comes with the same kind of plastic triangle to open tricky clasps, so I'm familiar with how that works.I was born in the tropics, at 10pm, so the palm trees and moonstone moon have meaning for me.I was pleasantly surprised at the weight. It has some heft to it, it's not flimsy at all. I have a gold locket of a similar size that weighs almost nothing at all; the gold must be very much thinner than this silver locket.The faux moonstone is gorgeous. It reflects a rainbow of colors like labradorite.The 18" chain is a nice length (I cut off the extra 2" of bigger links, I'll never wear a 20" chain) but the bail is a decent size so the chain that comes with it can be removed and swapped for a different one.There are no negatives that I can find, everything about this locket is awesome.
