I'm a digital artist (I've included a sample of my art to show how the product works) and I've rubbed my other pen, ripped it and I badly needed a new one. I wasn't disappointed with my order at all, it arrived early and works incredibly well, can't wait to use it more. The large side requires a bit more pressure for my Surface Pro to pick up, but honestly it works really well, especially for erasing and coloring large areas. I was a little afraid to use the side of the disc for fear of breaking it, but it also worked very well and even if I break it it can be replaced. I don't know how to replace the tips yet but it comes with instructions and I'm sure I'll find out. This product also came with a screen cleaning cloth (I didn't realize it was included). Overall the product is great, especially for the price.
