Wobbly but satisfactory
When fully assembled it is wobbly to the touch. As a 160lb man, the pressure of my body weight makes it steady when sitting or laying on it. So while it sits uneven naturally, body weight is enough to bend it straight while in use. Workouts without full body weight are TBD. It is possible that 1 arm rows with the bench for support might be unsteady. All in all it is definitely worth it. It folds up very nicely to save space.
