In medium ordered for my Weimaraner, whose hind legs are weak. I only use them on his hind legs as his legs would slide out from under him on my hardwood floors. I didn't really expect the socks to work, but it was a miracle for him. He walks MUCH BETTER and feels much better. He doesn't try to take off his socks, which is good. I've found that due to his weakened strength when walking, his legs twist a little bit causing his toes to curl and it's not uncommon to find him with an OVERHAND hold. HIS LEGS. I really wish they had spikes to the toe as we always roll them back the way they should. I also ordered different socks with Velcro to keep the socks in place. I use these straps with all his socks to make it easier for him.
