International Knife 4th Update

I really like these knives. They take and hold a good edge with my whetstone. They are sold as high carbon steel so I don't leave them in damp places or wash them in the dishwasher. Otherwise I don't pay them much attention (I don't oil them before cleaning for example) and I haven't had any rusting problems. If you're more interested in cutting than impressing people with nice knives, this is a great value.
