Really understanding customer service
When I shipped my first belt the rivet was missing on the 2nd day which was frustrating. But the support team was very understanding and immediately sent another belt which is in perfect condition and I love it today after a few months of wearing. I'm just unlucky what happens but the bug has been fixed and I'm happy with how they did it.
