A precision part that meets all requirements.

Use this kit to improve the Z-axis stability of my Creality CR10S-Pro V2. The portal continued to sag when the power went out. Installed these puppies and *poof* - no more addiction! I can put some pressure on the frame and it stays in place. Best of all, you don't have to cut the brass hardware to fit the frame - just remove the screws, press each unit together and install. However, it is better to have two tweezers to hold small parts when reassembling. Also, don't worry if it doesn't thread onto the axle the first few times - it's a precision part. Here are the steps I followed. Carefully unscrew the threaded rod from the frame. Remove the current brass fittings, put the screws in a safe place. A towel or small bowl is fine.2. Twist the brass yoke slowly and as straight as you can until it's twisted enough to stay in place. Don't screw it in all the way.3. Press the rest of the fitting onto the part before continuing. The teeth must be locked into each other.4. Attach the brass fitting to the frame of your machine with bolts, but align the nuts with the underside of the frame before tightening the bolts. Make sure the top of the bar is flush with the top of the frame before attaching the guides to the motor. This will prevent misalignment of the threads on your axle. Hope that helps!
