It helped manage our business's employees, their training etc., very easy to use (I think it does require some degree of experience but there are helpful tutorials available). In my opinion they should add more features as well such as timecard automation which has been beneficial in previous company that we have used before power erm was purchased by them. If you want something simple with few functions then definitely do not go elsewhere especially if your budget allows buying other products. We were using another product which offered only CRMs or HR softwares but lacked flexibility so power e rms really fit into what we required. I like that it's easy to use, has many features and can be used with multiple platforms. It's not as robust as some other systems out there but the customer support is excellent. The interface could be a little more intuitive. It took me a while to figure out how to do things and navigate around. It also didn't have any integration with third party apps such as Salesforce or Workday. We are solving our HR issues by using this system.
