Okay, I have a 10 year old who still gets up in the middle of the night. She's scared but I didn't put 2 and 2 together to think they were related. I was reading about weighted blankets and decided to give it a try given the affordable price for a small blanket. For 2 weeks she has been sleeping alone in her bed all night! The impact on our whole family's vacation has been amazing. She used to wake up her brother, sister, me and her father at least three times a week in the middle of the night and tell us she couldn't sleep. I feel like we've helped her a lot to feel comfortable going to bed.
