Review on Stainless Steel Slotted Serving Spoon by All-Clad by Anthony Gupta

Handy little spoon in the kitchen. It's smaller than I expected, but it's not the size that matters, it's how you use it. It works like a spell for poached eggs. The flat rim is the perfect size (for poached eggs) and acts like a spatula to scrape off any bits of egg stuck to the bottom of the pan. I was hoping to use it for multiple purposes, like scooping veggies out of a pot and the like, but it's actually too small for the task. I'll keep looking for a good slotted spoon for this. But for what it is, it's a nice little spoon. Well done, weighted and beautiful.
