The case that I received on this model does not work. The ASMedia AS2235 USB device is registered but the M.2 2280 SSD was never seen or accessed from the partition. I tried several M.2 devices - Western Digital Blue SN550 2TB, Western Digital Black SN750 1TB and something like Teamgroup 1TB. All 3 devices work in other cases from different manufacturers, leading me to believe that the fault lies entirely with the UGREEN case. I will say that even though the M.2 SSD device is not visible in Windows 10, it also gets very hot. Especially with the WD SN750 Black. I'll update the review when I get a response from support and we'll either replace it or find a way to make it work.
