I don't understand why our contractor chose to add three windows 12 feet off the ground in ours placing Grand Room was a good idea. But they are there and they need to be cleaned like any other window. Using the stairs was problematic as my wife and I are older. It seems that the best answer is to use flexible telescopic window scrapers SE EBD2705-12-2 in different colors. There are two scrapers in the set. One is shorter and suitable for lower windows or car use. The other goes much further. This isn't the best scraper out there. In fact, they are made fairly cheaply. I'm afraid a longer one might break. However, it is much better to stand on a hard floor without a ladder and clean the windows with the flexible telescopic window cleaners SE EBD2705-12-2 in different colors.
