I've been hesitant to get a dock for the steam deck because of potential issues regarding the fit, so I'm happy to announce that this does fit the steam deck in a dbrand case!Admittedly, you can't dock it with the screen cover on, so you will have to store it elsewhere. Otherwise, the performance of the dock is pretty good. It charges the Steam Deck without issue, and accessories work without any issues as well. Certain accessories would not work until external power was introduced, and this dock is able to achieve that.The dock itself is made of relatively durable plastic. It weighs lighter that I would have liked, as I think metal weights on the inside would not have only helped it feel more premium but also hold in place more securely. The amount of padding in the cradle is a bit sparse, but it ended up being a good thing since it could have snagged the steam deck in a protective case.Overall, this has been a very solid dock for the steam deck. It provides the performance I need at a competitive value.
