Review on CellSmart POS by Jose Guevara

The support staff was very helpful to me when I needed help with training or questions about my business' needs (or lack thereof). They were always quick at responding, polite in their responses & knowledgeable! It took some time getting used too but once you do it becomes seamless as well as efficient!! Not much so far that we have disliked from this program - however there are many things they could improve upon which would be great additions if possible. Take your own advice before making any decisions regarding choosing cell phone store management system products/services available out ther eon line such as ours vs purchasing through sales reps who may not know what will work best within YOUR specific situation like yours. ! We use our product mostly internally. Helps us keep up wtih repairs of phones while also keeping an eye towards customer service by having all info readily availab le.
