This is great video, good sound, easy to use. LOVE that there is no WIFI. As it's not Wi-Fi the range isn't the best, but it works most of the time and if you're out of range it will alert you with a very loud beep. After about 10 months the cable stopped charging the monitor and we had to switch to another cable. It worked for 2 more months and then stopped charging altogether. We were sad. I contacted the company through Revain and they are currently shipping a new one. The first time the cable stopped working, I tried calling my account's phone number and only got a busy signal. If you need to contact them, use Amazon's built-in contact feature. For some reason I didn't see this as an option when I first tried to contact the company. They have been very responsive and responsible for the performance of their products!
