Review on Anti-Theft License Plate Screws Fastener Kit - Rustproof Stainless Steel Screws by Donald Gore

Nice little mounting kit with foam pads, screw covers and 8 anti-theft screws. They give you an L-shaped wrench with a tamper evident tip, but they also give you a 1/4 inch tip, so if you want to put it in a drill or a T-handle it really comes in handy. The black finish on the screws seems reasonable. All in all a nice little set if that's what you need. If you're using screw caps (I haven't), I would suggest using a small dab of silicone or super glue to hold the cap in place. It's a two piece design where you place a small cup under the screw and then the cap snaps into place on that cup. I tried one and it was fairly reliable, but glue or silicone would be cheap insurance if you plan to use caps.
