I really like this number pad. The functionality is great for the price. Pros for me: + I'm already using two other Bluetooth devices, so 2.4GHz WiFi makes sense for my setup. + Switches are good for the price, of course only mechanical is possible. For example, I have some extra keys that I can remap if I want. + Numeric keypad looks good. Cons (actually complaints): - The angle is tight. "." produces "," in a Fedora 25 workstation. I know this is an easy fix for a Linux user but the extra step might just be my setup TBH.- IMO, Too much key travel (I had a few extra 0 rings but could only use one layer. Otherwise missed keystrokes). I didn't. However, I work in an environment with little use of 2.4GHz frequencies and lots of isolating structures. We only use 5 GHz WiFi at home. 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signals can interfere with other users.* Another review notes that the "-" and "+" buttons are proprietary. They are not standardized, yes. You usually get a full-size "+" key, but that equates to 22 keys in the space where a full-size keyboard has 19. That's a compromise. My solution: empty keycaps ;) Summary: * Overall, this is a great bang for the buck. If you're new to mechanical keyboards, this is a welcome addition; Unless, you probably sympathize with my complaints, but consider them a minor problem. + 4.0 stars for features - 0.5 stars for criticisms + 1.5 stars for the price. Rating: 5 stars. See photos of my temporary travel solution for recipients. It just increases the size so I don't lose the recipient in the picture. Not very elegant. * I opened the suitcase. For do-it-yourselfers there is space to install a wireless receiver*. The range is surprisingly good. I checked the range from the first floor to the second through a couple of walls. Just an observation. Don't lose the handset in the picture. Not very elegant.* I opened the suitcase. For do-it-yourselfers there is space to install a wireless receiver*.
