I bought this because I got tired of cutting butter into my biscuit dough with a pair of knives. This is MUCH faster and easier with the cut-in tool. I'm not much on the biscuit forms because I kind of don't like my biscuits to be too round, but I do use the big one to sort of portion my biscuits and keep them fairly round. The dough scraper is nice, I suppose, if you like metal ones. Personally I just use a plastic Bondo scraper and much prefer it. These are high quality items made of stainless steel.
