Great Solution For Web Application Monitoring

We use dynaTrace for monitoring web application availability across multiple locations and environments. It has given us great visibility into uptime as well as downtime issues that are impacting customers. The customer interface is very intuitive allowing non technical personnel easy access without needing extensive training or support from DynaTrace staff - which would be costly if required! There can sometimes be an initial latency in seeing any problems reported by clients when using this product but once identified these quickly rise up through the system providing good real time alerts/notifications. Would highly recommend considering having a trial run before committing too much money upfront. Tracking service level agreements (SLAs) between teams & departments where each other's work impacts upon business KPIs. The Dynatrace platform is easy to use and has a lot of great features. The reporting is very easy to use and the dashboard is very clear to see what you are looking for. I do not have any dislikes. Dynatrace is the best monitoring tool for my company. It has saved us a lot of money on our monitoring. It is very easy to use and the reporting is very clear to see what you are looking for.

  • Easy navigation; no steep learning curve, like some more advanced tools.
  • Great feature set compared with others at similar price points such Zabbix
  • Support team provides quality helpdesk services insteadof salespeople trying hard sell expensive solutions they don't know howto implement effectively yet expect high praise just because it works.
  • SLA tracking among different areas so everyone knows who needs toprep
