The product was delivered packed in a compact cardboard box. I have to assume that for most users this is a situation where they want to get their hands on the table because they either don't have grommets or they want to cut holes in their tables. The mounts were easy to set up and there are two mounting configurations, I think one for standard US monitors and one for custom monitors (perhaps for Europe?). The clamping screws have reacted. We installed (2) 22 inch monitors and for that this unit worked well. I would recommend for beginners to monitor their arms. Be aware that if your desk and arms are against a wall, you lose flexibility when your arms are pushed back and your positioning options are more limited. But the product is quite good and inexpensive.
