A few years ago I bought similar storage boxes from JoAnn Crafts. The dividers in it are covered with fabric, which is nice. The dividers in this box are made of good old cardboard. And certainly not acid-free (if that's important to you). In summary, I don't dare to put my decorations on dividers for long periods of time. Also, the dividers I received were dented and not cut very well (pieces of cardboard were hanging on the edge). The bottom pieces that run between each layer have a crease in the middle. So if you're not very careful when pulling out the layers, you'll end up with a mess. As others have said, the upper is not reinforced, it's just fabric, but that doesn't bother me. My others are the same and I've been stacking four boxes with no problem for years. Having the decorations below the dividers isn't a problem if the boxes are of good quality to begin with, which I don't find. To return.
