The ability to see what content is available in our database, which allows us to plan future content creation projects. Also, the fact that you can export all of your data for use elsewhere, such as Word or Excel. There really isn't anything I dislike about this program. It's quite simple to use and very useful with managing our content library. We're able to easily determine what content we have available, which helps us know exactly where to go to create new content. This has also helped us create more thorough descriptions for each piece of content in our library.
