A must buy for instant relief!
Purchased this item because I had a stiff neck for 3 days. Had problems moving my neck and any motion was painful. Oh my goodness after using this device I had instant relief and my neck motion was easier. The heating helped so much and the massaging relieved so much of the tense muscles and knotted nerves.
- I wish the arm loops were a little longer, and that it weighed less.
