Review on TalentQuest by Runbi Alvarez

I have worked with this software for almost five years now as it has helped us immensely when hiring new employees or onboarding them into existing positions within my organization! The best part of their service was they were able to get candidates who met requirements from multiple sources like LinkedIn etc which saved me time & money spent looking elsewhere!! Sometimes there can be issues since its cloud-based where things don't always load right away but nothing too serious either way. Their support team really does go above & beyond helping out whenever needed so dont worry about anything here! We utilized TQ's services at least once per year during onboardings/offboardings along wih other HR duties. The best part about Talent Quest is their support team. They are always willing to help us with any questions we have and they are very responsive. I like how they will send out emails when there is something new for us to look at. There is nothing I dislike so far about this program. It's been great working with them. We are able to see where our strengths and weaknesses are as well as what our employees would like to learn more about. This helps us know what training or development we should be doing.
