I like that it's easy to use, simple to set up and has great support! It was also very affordable compared to other services we were considering at the time. Honestly there isn't much i dislike about this service. If you're looking for something low-cost and reliable then look no further than one contact! We needed an inexpensive way to communicate internally without having to pay per minute or using traditional phone lines. This solved our problem perfectly since all communication between employees are now done via email or Slack instead of through calls.
