Everything I needed. I removed the mirror cover, used a voltmeter, found the correct wires and installed the wiring harness. I've read that others have had trouble installing the cables, but it was easy for me. I just used a voltmeter and needle nose pliers and had no problems. After that, the bracket is slightly tightened and wrapped on the mirror. Holds up well, nothing wobbles or dangles. The only thing I would like to see is the possibility of a tighter fit to the mirror to give it a cleaner look, but I think it also depends on how the mirror is designed. I would recommend it!
