This sleek little timer is spot on in every way. It has a pleasant - non-warbling - sound, loud enough to be heard in the next room. It's easy to set up and shows the perfect time. As another reviewer commented, simply turn the dial to the desired time (e.g. 20 minutes) and then back to your own time (as with all egg timers) to set it for very short periods of time. I love it.
