1. After a day full of 3 men from India for over 2 hours they still couldn't get this printer to work with my apple computer. Also, there are no images or screens telling you what kind of work you want to do, just faint little icons that light up from time to time. I have owned many printers over the years and have never had a problem setting up this printer. I'm 78 years old and I know how to set up and operate a printer. The "useful" comrades were unhelpful and disrespectful when I asked them to keep repeating them because I didn't understand their accent. Elderly people are especially suspicious of this terrible computer printer. It's back on Amazon tomorrow. Also, I couldn't order a cartridge for this computer #67 anywhere.
