Doesn't slip through hair but pulls

I was disappointed having read mostly good reviews of this straightener. However, I tried it once, stopped using it and sent it back. Doesn't slip through your hair. Instead I had to pull on it almost as if there was friction. I've never felt an iron move so much and I've used it a lot. Also, as someone said, it doesn't heat up to 450 degrees, only 355. For the extra money, go and buy T3. Glides easily through the hair.
