VMAX2 - 135", 16:9 MaxWhite FG (Tube Motor) used with Epson 6040UB. Upgraded from 120" 7 year old 16:9 motorized screens in my multipurpose living room. Advantages: 1. Very durable construction2. Great picture quality when the light is under control, although it's no different from my previous screen from 7 years ago.3. Beautiful black borders4. 2 people are recommended to install, but you can do it alone if you carefully measure and fasten one end at a time. Cons: 1. Doesn't come with L brackets.2. There are no adjustable mounting end caps to align with the studs. You will most likely find that only one end falls right where the studs are. DO NOT trust that only drywall can support this weight. It is also not recommended to simply hang it from the ceiling. Secure it in some way to keep it from wobbling.3. For this 129.5 inch length (overall frame length) there is absolutely no center beam support. While the frame is unlikely to flex, I wouldn't just trust the ends to handle the full load. I ended up making a custom chain and hook to support the joist in the middle since only one end needed to be supported by drywall. While I expect a screen of this size to have some tension/flex issues, the edges of the screens fold in too much. Fortunately, these are mostly black borders. Only time will tell if they improve. The fiberglass reinforcement on this screen is no different from the usual.5. You need to buy a separate wireless trigger to connect to the projector if you don't need long network cables between the screen and standard projection projectors.6. The power cord doesn't even extend the full height of the screen (as others have pointed out)! You need an extension cord. Overall good value if you need a motorized screen. If you can do without motorized screens I would recommend fixed frame screens instead - they are cheaper, more reliable and much easier to tow. something else. If possible, try to get the black version to reduce light reflections hitting the case. I ended up putting black tape on the bottom of the case and that fixed the reflection problem. It's really good for creating a good contrast. However, unless you have a completely dark room, it also reflects light annoyingly, causing the top and bottom bars in movies to look gray even when the movie's content area itself is perfect. This affects my overall perception of contrast, although the contrast of the film itself is perfect (and yes, my expectations are a bit muddled as I have an OLED TV that shows inky black bars). You should consider Cinema Gray/3D/5D screens if you don't have a completely black, non-reflective room. If you want to use the Elite Screens RF Wireless Trigger (sold separately, model: ZSP-TR03 or ZSP-RF-W V3.0) with some Epson projectors, please note that the wireless trigger requires a mono input, while the Epson projector outputs stereo at 12V only on red-white (neutral) wires. The black and white (neutral) wires do not carry a signal, so you may need to create some sort of special wiring mod to send the correct signal to the wireless trigger. In addition, the Epson projector sends a signal with a delay of 57 seconds after switching on.3.
