Great for grilling - no more blackened burgers
Apparently I tend to overcook when I'm grilling, so this temp gauge saved my bacon a whole lot of dishes, so to speak! From pork skewers to fillets, the temperature gauge takes the guesswork out of food temperature. The probes and wires have withstood the heat of a charcoal grill, and the high readings are great for sooty eyes. I was just playing around with the Bluetooth app - it works well with notifications. But I tend to hover over the grill so the little ankle biters don't steal the bites.
