Plenty of pockets for easy organization. I bought this for my Longchamp bag to prevent the sagging effect as I thought it would dissipate the weight of my stuff or act like one of those "hard bottom liners" (I thought the felt liners were too strong on the sides ), but there's a huge distraction. If you just want to organize items in a pocketless bag, this will work, but it didn't provide the "structure" I was looking for.
