FM reception is very poor when my standard stereo was great, Bluetooth doesn't recognize my iPhone (yes I had pairing mode on but still didn't recognize it) , the rear camera is very grainy, most apps are not compatible with the device (crashes, very difficult to use or just doesn't work), couldn't mirror my phone (constantly says device is not activated), there is one time very difficult to switch users (3 different iphones) oem switch was flawless, bought it to shoot some videos for my kids and still couldn't, no instructions on how to use the device (if the seller says so reads, I Need a password to be able to update the software) The hardware connection was fine (had to buy a couple of adapters), but the software requires t much work
