Not a bad product, but you can find better.

amazon says contact the seller and sent their contacts. The seller has an answering machine that they do not work until July.
Logitech at first said that they would send a new mouse from abroad, then balked that, they say, little time had passed - contact the seller. I wrote to them that enough time has passed and the seller is unavailable. I'm waiting for an answer.
In correspondence with Logitech, I put a link on their website on a mouse without SE. As a result, instead of the G502 SE Hero with a laser, I got the G502 Hero with an LED for 1000. cheaper. However, I am very grateful to Logitech for replacing-helping, just incredible.

Pros

The mouse is great. The additional buttons on the left main one take some getting used to. Brought on time, getting a second and next to the house, for free. Price for 500. below the nearest competitor. After a month, the button began to stick. Logitech sent a G502 Hero instead of which, after 3, the wheel began to work poorly (. My wife fought for the G502 SE Hero with Logitech, I don’t have the strength to bother with them. This is a fiasco.

Cons

In general, after a month or more of use, the browser and explorer windows suddenly began to reboot, it was impossible to click start to turn off or restart the computer. I sinned with a fool on Windows and reinstalled, demolishing all programs and settings (. It turned out that it was a mouse. I took it out, inserted another one - it all worked. I connected this mouse to a laptop - the same story, everything is buggy and hangs. A nightmare where to carry a broken pest mouse, I don’t know (.

With its pros: The sensor is still original. Got cons: Materials, side buttons no longer work, there is no tactile feedback. Much lighter than the original G502
