Trouble getting the dock to work. The manual does not contain any information on how to install the device and could not find any support on the Internet. There is no reference to the model number on the internet. So I can't find the right driver. The model number on the box is different than what Windows reads from the device. BUT - after switching to another Lightning wire, it finally worked. Warning. Do not connect more than one monitor to this docking station at a time (even if you use different types of connectors). Multiple monitors disable the dock. If you accidentally do this, turn off the device, disconnect all devices from the dock (including the power adapter), and restart your computer. This should fix the crash.
