The brush came in an ordinary side-sealed plastic bag, worn unevenly, so quite wrinkled. The label floated freely in the pocket. The label may have been cut off. It was supposed to be attached to the handle anyway, but both the top and bottom on one side of the label were cut off or not joined together to be around the handle for some reason. I wondered if it really was a new or used brush. The brush turned out to be clean, so I gave it a good wash and then soaked it in a disinfectant solution for 10 minutes. It cleaned my metal HydroFlask water bottle well and I've been using the bottle ever since with no problems. I would caution against repeat purchases from this seller.
