I like how easy it was to set up, use, and customize. The support team has been very helpful in getting me started with my account. It's not perfect but we're working together to make improvements! We have had some issues with our notifications going out after being sent which could be improved. If you want something simple and don't need too much customization this works well for your needs. We are using it mostly as a way of reminding customers when their order is ready to ship or if there is anything else required from them before shipping.
