I have had this bottle for over 2 months with almost daily use, travel and day adventures. I think a lot of the previous reviews are from people wanting a very different bottle. In my opinion, this is the best bottle/cup combo for people who want to take a cold drink and a warm/hot drink with them without having to carry two different cups/bottles every day. I use this for long days at the gym + coworking pouring coffee into a mug and water into a bottle. Then I toss the bottle in my bag and hold the coffee in hand as I drive to work. The silicone upper can spring, so I'll keep an eye on that, but for the most part it works well as long as you don't put too much pressure on it. When I've finished my coffee, the cup falls onto the bottle and the cap goes into the storage compartment. I recommend that you roll up the cap and then fold it in half (as per the bottle instructions). This flattens it and ensures it doesn't leak. I've found that one bottle will keep cold drinks cold for up to 6 hours and hot drinks stay hot for up to 6 hours with ease, while a cup will last a lot less hours, but that's fine if that's how you use this combination of bottles , like I do.
