The negative reviews here are completely incomprehensible. Nozzles are removed tightly, yes, but it does not cause any problems. But they hold on tight and take up little space. Dough . for pancakes - no problem. We were going to make bread or pizza - a bread machine or a normal mixer with a bowl is more suitable here. Mayonnaise - somehow indulged, everything worked out, but I didn’t like this one. Something with milk - it strongly depends on the fat content and temperature of the milk. It may work, or it may not. Took it apart that year. Everything inside is of high quality. It was required to disassemble. needed lubrication. It was not always correct to wash it after use (be sure to dip it in water and turn it on for a few seconds) and sometimes lubricate it with sunflower oil (as written in the instructions) - do not do this - it goes rancid, dries and thickens from heating! Buy a normal food grade lube and lubricate a little occasionally. I called the service, specified how to disassemble - everyone suggested, told, it was possible to order spare parts (completely lower part, then it cost something about 3 thousand). He took out the shaft, cleaned everything there, took out the dried pieces of who knows what, took out the bottom gasket too, washed it, put it back in, lubricated it. Everything is working.
