We used to have very few influencers in our pipeline. Now we can easily find influencers for most of our niche and they are easy to work with. It is not possible to remove bad influencer from your list. If they don't do what you want, it's hard to get them out of your list. They also charge a lot per post which is fair if they provide value. But if they don't produce a result for your business, it will be difficult to pay that price. Once you find who to work with, it's relatively easy to manage. There were some occasions when we had a problem with a influencer but it was solved by the team quickly. After we started working together they became one of our top partners. I've never faced any issue yet. The only thing I would like to improve is to have an option to see how they did before reaching out to them. Our goal is to increase.
