The best thing about this is that it lets me send messages to my clients via WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or any other social media platforms. It also allows me to send bulk emails using its auto-responder feature. I don't like how sometimes the app lags and freezes when sending a message. This is especially true when you're trying to send a large file or multiple images in one go. I use this app mainly for mass messaging of my customers and prospects. It helps me keep track of all my customer's communication channels (email, phone call, chat etc.) and their responses.
