Works great Transferring data to a laptop with USB 2.0 and SATA 2.0

This cable was a bargain and just the thing to allow me to upgrade my old laptop hard drive (HDD) to a new solid Clone state drive (SSD). Unfortunately, my laptop with USB 2.0 ports wasn't able to use the USB 3.0 capabilities of this cable, maybe someday.
